We stayed in a Standard Club Double or Twin Room and it was pretty nice. The size was good for a couple, and the beds were comfy. The decor felt a bit dated, but it was clean and had everything we needed. They upgraded us to a room with a sunny view, which was a bonus! A mini bar was stocked daily and there was a nice balcony to chill on. Overall, a decent room for the price.

Curiosity got me
The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff truly stood out. We were impressed by the array of delicious food options, with the Grill corner being my top feasting spot. The facilities catered wonderfully to families. Beyond the beautiful beach, the peacefulness of the gardens made for a serene getaway. A place worth returning to, for sure!

Amazing family-friendly experience with great food
I recently stayed at this resort for a week, and every day was filled with enjoyable activities and delicious meals. The kids' club was fantastic, keeping my children happily engaged with a variety of entertainment options. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, though it was sometimes overwhelming for them given the large number of guests. Overall, it was a delightful getaway for our family.

A fair review – pros and cons
The food quality was exceptional, with a diverse selection available every day. The entertainment team provided engaging activities that the kids loved, which kept us all entertained throughout our stay.
Communication was a challenge, as many staff members had limited English proficiency. Additionally, some areas of the resort felt dated and could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience.

The water park was a blast for my family, especially the kids who enjoyed the slides. We loved the evening entertainment, especially the live music and dance nights, which kept everyone engaged. The pools were well-maintained, offering plenty of options for family fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining options for vegetarian meals were limited, making it difficult for our family to find enjoyable food. A wider range of vegetarian meals would greatly enhance the experience for families with diverse dietary preferences.

The facilities were outstanding, particularly the extensive tennis courts that kept our group entertained for hours. Dining options exceeded expectations, especially the delicious Italian and fresh English muffins served at breakfast. However, daily cleaning felt intrusive, with housekeeping entering our room without knocking. Moreover, we encountered issues with the air conditioning on the first night, which was addressed well by staff, but still left us uneasy. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities made for a memorable family getaway.
